Explore – Tin Drum
What could be easier than making drums using tin cans and a balloon? It’s a very simple yet effective musical instrument that you can make at home. So lets start making this super awesome TIN DRUM!!
Materials required :
- a can per drum
- a balloon per drum
- elastic band/ rubber bands
- something to make a shaker sound – e.g. rice or little stones
- scissors & drum sticks of sorts (you can also use chopsticks or any stick in general)
Procedure :
1] Put rice or little stones inside the tin can.
2] Cut the end off your balloon.
3] Stretch your balloon over the tin can and secure in place with an elastic band.
4]Your Tin Drum is ready. YAYY!! Now you can use the sticks to play with your tin drum!
